  • 1 lb Refrigerated pizza dough - Room temperature
  • All-purpose flour - For dusting surface
  • 0.5 lb Italian sausage - Cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 lb Pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz Deli ham - Sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese - Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese - Grated
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce or marinara - Thin layer for filling
  • 3 tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped
  • Extra Parmesan - For sprinkling top

Instructions 

  • Roll pizza dough into large rectangle.
  • Spread thin layer of pizza sauce.
  • Layer ham, sausage, and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan.
  • Roll tightly, seam side down.
  • Pinch seam and tuck ends.
  • Mix garlic butter, brush on top.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
  • Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Add parsley, slice, and serve warm.
