  • All-purpose flour For dusting surface
  • 0.5 lb Italian sausage Cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 lb Pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz Deli ham Sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce or marinara Thin layer for filling
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped
  • Extra Parmesan For sprinkling top

Method
 

  1. Roll pizza dough into large rectangle.
  2. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce.
  3. Layer ham, sausage, and pepperoni.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan.
  5. Roll tightly, seam side down.
  6. Pinch seam and tuck ends.
  7. Mix garlic butter, brush on top.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
  9. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Add parsley, slice, and serve warm.
