Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot
  • ½ cup cottage cheese Blended smooth
  • 4 large flour tortillas Burrito size
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 avocado Diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill Or ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro Chopped

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth. Whisk with buffalo sauce and spices.
  2. Toss shredded chicken with the sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and diced avocado.
  4. Roll tightly. Toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with cilantro.

Notes

Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth to create an undetectable creamy base. Toast the burritos seam-side down first to seal them shut.
