Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough Grand's style (8 count)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing For drizzle
  • 1 tablespoon bacon bits Optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and spices.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough rounds; place a scoop of filling in the center of each.
  3. Pull edges together and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
  4. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Brush with melted garlic butter; drizzle with ranch and top with bacon bits.

Notes

Seal the dough tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out. Brush with garlic butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.
