  • 1 Baking Sheet (Lined with parchment paper)
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl (For melting chocolate)
  • 1 Fork or dipping tool (To dip truffles in coating)
  • 1 Refrigerator (For chilling truffles)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brownie crumbs - Homemade or boxed cooled
  • 3 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk - Start with 2 tablespoon add more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (Optional)
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips - Dark milk, or white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil (Optional) - for smoother coating
  • Toppings - Sprinkles sea salt, nuts, optional

Instructions 

  • Process brownies into fine crumbs.
  • Combine crumbs with condensed milk and vanilla.
  • Scoop and roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Gently melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  • Coat chilled balls in melted chocolate.
  • Add toppings before chocolate sets.
  • Let truffles firm up completely.
