Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix - 18.3 oz family size

  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding - 3.9 oz each
  • 3 cups cold milk - For pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - For pudding
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream - For whipped layer
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar - For whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - For whipped cream
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin - Optional for stability
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings - For garnish
  • additional whipped cream - For piping decoration

Instructions 

  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, garnish with chocolate shavings before serving
  • Pudding - Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla until thick
  • Whip - Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form
  • Layer - Alternate brownie pieces, pudding, and whipped cream in glass dish
  • Chill - Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, garnish with chocolate shavings before serving
