- Combine butter and chopped chocolate in microwave-safe bowl, melt until smooth
- Whisk granulated sugar into melted chocolate mixture until well combined

- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in separate bowl
- Fold dry ingredients into chocolate mixture just until combined, don't overmix
- Fold in chocolate chips, then fill mini muffin cups ⅔ full with batter
- Cook 12-15 minutes until tops are crackly and set but centers still soft
