  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract for flavor
  • Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in separate bowl
  • Fold dry ingredients into chocolate mixture just until combined, don't overmix
  • Fold in chocolate chips, then fill mini muffin cups ⅔ full with batter
  • Cook 12-15 minutes until tops are crackly and set but centers still soft
