  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream Premium quality
  • ½ cup whole milk Adjust for thickness
  • 1 brownie Baked and cooled (for blending)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder For rich color
  • ½ cup whipped cream For topping
  • ½ cup brownie chunks For garnish

Method
 

  1. Chop one brownie for blending and cut remaining brownies into chunks for topping.
  2. Add ice cream, milk, cocoa powder, and one chopped brownie to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth but thick. Add more milk if needed.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream and brownie chunks. Scatter crumbs around the base.
