Ingredients

  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream - Premium quality
  • ½ cup whole milk - Adjust for thickness
  • 1 brownie - Baked and cooled (for blending)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder - For rich color
  • ½ cup whipped cream - For topping
  • ½ cup brownie chunks - For garnish

Instructions 

  • Chop one brownie for blending and cut remaining brownies into chunks for topping.
  • Add ice cream, milk, cocoa powder, and one chopped brownie to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth but thick. Add more milk if needed.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and brownie chunks. Scatter crumbs around the base.

Notes
