Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Refrigerated pizza dough Crescent or pre-baked crust works too
  • 0.5 cup Cheese sauce Or country gravy, hollandaise, or salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • 0.5 cup Cooked sausage Crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Bacon Crispy, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Diced ham Optional
  • 4 Eggs Crack into wells on pizza
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • Herbs Optional: parsley or chives

  • 1 Baking Sheet Lightly greased or lined with parchment
  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining toppings
  • 1 Pizza Cutter Or a sharp knife for slicing
  • 1 Spatula To lift and serve slices

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle half of the cheese
  2. Roll or press dough onto greased sheet; pre-bake 5 mins
  3. Spread sauce evenly over crust
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese
  5. Add meats evenly; create wells for eggs
  6. Crack eggs into wells; season and top with remaining cheese
  7. Bake for 8–12 mins until eggs are set, crust is golden
  8. Let cool slightly; slice and serve warm
