- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Separate the eggs into two bowls.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth, then mix in yolks, vanilla, and salt.
- Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cheese mixture. Fold in blueberries last.
- Spoon into round mounds on tray and bake 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
