  • 0.5 oz Triple sec Or Cointreau for smoother taste
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup Optional, adjust to taste
  • 0.5 oz Coconut cream Optional, adds creamy tropical depth
  • 0.5 oz Sweet and sour mix Optional, for extra balance
  • Coarse salt For glass rim

Method
 

  1. Rim a large margarita glass with lime juice and coarse salt. Fill with ice and let chill while preparing garnishes.
  2. In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add tequila, blue curaçao, triple sec, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Add simple syrup and coconut cream if desired.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled, rimmed glass.
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge, lime wheel, and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.
