- Combine white chocolate chips and butter; microwave in short bursts, stir until smooth
- Stir in softened cream cheese until fully combined
- Mix in vanilla extract and salt
- Add blue gel coloring gradually until desired shade
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm enough to scoop
- Portion mixture and roll into balls
- Roll in blue/white sanding sugar; gently press to adhere
- Chill 30 minutes before serving
Notes
You can add peppermint extract or crushed peppermint candies for a festive twist. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
