Mix Dry Ingredients
- Combine protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, natural sweetener, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix Wet Ingredients:

Combine Mixtures
- Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill Dough:
- Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Shape and Bake
- Form 2-inch balls, place on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
Cool
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
