Instructions 

Prepare the Cake Layers

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease and line two 9-inch pans.
  • Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  • Mix until smooth and bake for 30 minutes.

Make the Coconut Filling

  • Heat heavy cream and pour over shredded coconut.
