Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked rice Day-old medium grain
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Diced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Unsalted preferred
  • 2 Eggs Beaten

  • 1 Wok Flat-bottom preferred
  • 1 Spatula Heat-resistant

Method
 

  1. Dice chicken and season with salt.
  2. Heat wok, add butter, and sauté garlic.
