  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch For extra crispiness
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three bowls: flour + cornstarch, beaten eggs, and panko.
  3. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dredge salmon in flour, then egg, then panko.

  5. Place coated bites on a plate and chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray salmon with oil.
  7. Cook for 7–8 minutes until golden and crispy.

  8. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
