Instructions
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes until soft.
Mix soaked breadcrumbs with egg and Parmesan cheese.
In another bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add breadcrumb mixture to chicken and mix gently until combined.
Shape into 1.5-inch balls with damp hands.
Arrange on lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Simmer in marinara sauce for 5 minutes to finish.
9 Serve hot, garnished with basil and more Parmesan.
