  • 12 strips Bacon Regular cut, not thick
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds herby flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Optional for spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional heat
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat mozzarella sticks dry with paper towel.
  2. Microwave bacon 2–3 mins until partly cooked.
  3. Spiral bacon tightly around each cheese stick.
  4. Insert toothpicks to hold wraps.
  5. Sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 8–10 mins, flip halfway.
  7. Let rest 2 mins before serving.
  8. Plate with marinara and garnish with parsley.
