  • 12 Toothpicks (To secure the bacon wraps)
  • 1 Tongs (For flipping safely)
  • 1 Wire rack (Optional, if baking)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (For seasoning blend)

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mozzarella string cheese - Kept cold for best results
  • 12 strips Bacon - Regular cut, not thick
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning - Adds herby flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper - Optional for spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes - Optional heat
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce - For dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - For garnish

Instructions 

  • Pat mozzarella sticks dry with paper towel.
  • Microwave bacon 2–3 mins until partly cooked.
  • Spiral bacon tightly around each cheese stick.
  • Insert toothpicks to hold wraps.
  • Sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  • Cook at 400°F for 8–10 mins, flip halfway.
  • Let rest 2 mins before serving.
  • Plate with marinara and garnish with parsley.
