Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar - Raw, unfiltered with "the mother"
  • 8 oz Warm water - Filtered, not boiling
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice - Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey - Optional, for natural sweetness
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon - Optional, adds warmth and flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground ginger - Optional, for a spicy wellness kick
  • pinch Cayenne pepper - Optional, for metabolism support
  • few leaves Fresh mint - Optional, for cooling effect
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - Optional, for anti-inflammatory benefits

Instructions 

  • Add ACV and warm water to a glass
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice
  • Stir in honey until dissolved
  • Add spices and mint as desired
  • Stir gently again
