Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey - Optional, for sweetness

Rim

  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar - Mixed with cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 slice Lime wedge - To moisten glass rim

Garnish

  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick - Optional
  • Star anise - Optional for fall aroma

Instructions 

  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; rub lime around rim, then dip to coat.
  • In shaker, combine apple cider, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and maple syrup.
  • Fill shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Shake 15–20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into rimmed glasses filled with ice.
