Instructions

  • Set oven to 425°F (218°C) and place a baking sheet inside.
  • Preheating the pan ensures immediate caramelization.

Season the Broccoli 🧂

  • Toss broccoli in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Ensure every piece is evenly coated.

Roast the Broccoli 🍽️

  • Carefully spread broccoli on the hot baking sheet in a single layer.

Check for Doneness ⏳

  • At 8 minutes, florets should be bright green with edges beginning to brown.
