Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi mahi fillets - Fresh or thawed from frozen

  • ½ teaspoon Paprika - Sweet or smoked

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - Freshly grated
  • 2 Lemon wedges - For serving
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - (optional) For finishing
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs - Parsley cilantro, or dill for garnish

Instructions 

  • Pat mahi mahi fillets dry, then brush with oil.
  • Coat fillets with salt, pepper, and spices.
  • Heat air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray basket.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes, flip, then cook 3-4 more minutes.
  • Ensure internal temp reaches 137°F.
  • Let fish rest 2 minutes, then garnish and serve.
