  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Season – Brush with oil and coat with spices.
  3. Preheat Fryer – Heat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Cook First Side – Air fry 7 minutes.
  5. Flip Chicken – Turn carefully with tongs.
  6. Cook Second Side – Air fry 6–8 minutes to 165°F.
  7. Rest & Slice – Rest 5 minutes before serving.
