Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts - even-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil - or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt - or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper - freshly ground

Instructions 

  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Season – Brush with oil and coat with spices.
  • Preheat Fryer – Heat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Cook First Side – Air fry 7 minutes.
  • Flip Chicken – Turn carefully with tongs.
  • Cook Second Side – Air fry 6–8 minutes to 165°F.
  • Rest & Slice – Rest 5 minutes before serving.
