Ingredients

  • 2 packets Acai puree (unsweetened) - Frozen
  • ½ Banana - Frozen
  • ¼ cup Mixed berries - Frozen
  • 2–3 tablespoon Coconut milk or almond milk - Start with less for thick base
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup - Optional, for sweetness
  • ¼ cup Granola - For crunch
  • ½ Banana - Fresh, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh berries - For color and flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flakes - Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds - For texture and nutrition
  • 1 drizzle Almond butter - For richness

Instructions 

  • Remove frozen acai and fruit from freezer and prepare blender.
  • Add frozen ingredients and minimal liquid, then blend until smooth.
  • Add more fruit or liquid as needed to reach spoonable consistency.
  • Spoon into chilled bowl and smooth top with back of spoon.
  • Decorate with granola, fruit, coconut, chia, and almond butter.
  • Serve immediately while thick and cold for best texture.
