Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Acai puree (unsweetened) Frozen
  • ½ Banana Frozen
  • ¼ cup Mixed berries Frozen
  • 2–3 tablespoon Coconut milk or almond milk Start with less for thick base
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup Optional, for sweetness
  • ¼ cup Granola For crunch
  • ½ Banana Fresh, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh berries For color and flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flakes Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds For texture and nutrition
  • 1 drizzle Almond butter For richness

Method
 

  1. Remove frozen acai and fruit from freezer and prepare blender.
  2. Add frozen ingredients and minimal liquid, then blend until smooth.
  3. Add more fruit or liquid as needed to reach spoonable consistency.
  4. Spoon into chilled bowl and smooth top with back of spoon.
  5. Decorate with granola, fruit, coconut, chia, and almond butter.
  6. Serve immediately while thick and cold for best texture.
