- Remove frozen acai and fruit from freezer and prepare blender.
- Add frozen ingredients and minimal liquid, then blend until smooth.
- Add more fruit or liquid as needed to reach spoonable consistency.
- Spoon into chilled bowl and smooth top with back of spoon.
- Decorate with granola, fruit, coconut, chia, and almond butter.
- Serve immediately while thick and cold for best texture.
