1 9x5 loaf pan ( A standard loaf pan works best for even baking)
1 Large mixing bowl (To mix wet and dry ingredients)
1 Fork or potato masher (For mashing the bananas, Max’s favorite tool!)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease loaf pan
Mash 2 ripe bananas
Mix wet ingredients (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla)
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Pour batter into pan and smooth top
Tap pan to release air bubbles
Bake for 45-55 minutes, check with a toothpick
Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
